Ed West
Class of 2000
A Colbert County High School Graduate, Ed West played both basketball and football for the Indians. He was a four-year letterman at Auburn and was chosen as the All-SEC tight end for the 1982-83 season.
Following his career at Auburn, West played for 14 years in the NFL with the Green Bay Packers, Indianapolis Colts, Philadelphia Eagles and the Atlanta Falcons. He is listed as on of the top ten tight ends for the Green Bay Packers organization. He also has the top nickname for all Green Bay tight ends, "Tool Box."
