Eboni graduated from Sheffield High School in 1998 and was a four sport athlete for the Bulldogs. She was a cheerleader, a member of the volleyball team, the basketball team and the track team. Although know for being a fierce competitor in all sports, track was her passion. She was an important member of the traditionally strong Sheffield Track Team as a hurdler and held the Alabama High School Outdoor State 100 Meter Hurdle Record for three years. During her senior year she led the team to a third place finish in the State 4A  Track and Field Championships finishing first in the 100 meter hurdles, the long jump and the triple jump. After high school she attend the University of South Alabama on a full apathetic scholarship in track where she helped the Lady Jaguars Track and Field Team win two Sunbelt Conference Championships. Following her gradation from college in 2004. Eboni continued to be a competitive athlete completing several half marathons and 3 full marathons as well as the Miami Iron-man Competition in 2013. In 2014 she transitioned into competitive bodybuilding as a figure competitor an continues to compete today.
