A.C. Curry
Class of 2000
A graduate of Sheffield High, A.C. Curry attended Birmingham Southern College on a football scholarship. Coach Curry was considered one of the top coaches in high school football during his coaching career. Along with Howard Chappell, he is considered as the "Father of Track" in North Alabama.
The A.C. Curry Award is given each year in his honor to top linemen of the Shoals Area.
